What to write about

• Corrections and feedback — a measurement that has changed, a spec we have wrong, a product that has been discontinued. These get priority over everything else.
• Sponsorship and partnerships — advertising, brand collaboration and commercial enquiries. Please include your company, budget range and what you have in mind.
• Guest contributions — if you write about furniture, joinery, upholstery or repair, send two links to published work and a short pitch.
• General questions — anything else about the site, our research approach, or a guide you would like to see.

How to help us answer faster

If your message is about a specific guide, include the page link. If it is about a correction, tell us the exact figure you believe is wrong and where you found the right one. If it is about a product, the model name and the retailer are far more useful than a description.

What we cannot help with

Nest Grain is a publication, not a retailer. We do not sell, stock, ship or assemble furniture, and we have no access to your order.

• Orders, delivery, returns or refunds — please contact the retailer you purchased from.
• Missing parts, damage or warranty claims — these go to the manufacturer or the retailer, who hold your purchase record.
• Structural, electrical or load-bearing advice — anchoring into questionable walls, altering a building, or anything with a safety consequence needs a qualified professional, not an article.
• Individual purchasing decisions — we cannot recommend a specific item for your specific room by email. Our guides are written to answer exactly that, at scale.

A note on unsolicited products

Because our work is research-based rather than hands-on, we do not request or accept sample products in exchange for coverage. Anything sent unsolicited will not earn a mention and cannot be returned.
